How it works
How a session runs.
Four steps, in order, from an empty session to conversations you can read. Each one is a button you’ll already have on the screen in the session editor.
Between classesStudents practice out loud whenever the session is open.
In the session editor
From an empty session to a class you can read back
Sign in, open a session from Sessions, and you’re in the editor. Every step below is a button already on that screen. Click a screenshot to see it full size.

Work down the rail on the left. Each panel carries its own mark, so you can see what is still wanted without opening it. Everything saves as you type: there is no Save button and nothing to lose.

Before you share it
Try it yourself
Press Try it yourself in the bar above the editor to talk to the avatar exactly as a student would, without going live or being logged.

A private run uses credits while the avatar is up, like a student’s conversation. The clock only starts when you press Start.

Press Start session. The join code begins working immediately. Pause freezes everyone where they are; End closes the session and keeps the transcripts.

During or after class
Read it back
The Students panel fills in as people join. Transcripts, audio and PDFs are all downloadable from there, during or after class.

And then
Take it back to your class.
Read a few conversations before your next lesson. You might notice a misunderstanding to revisit with the whole group, or a student who would benefit from a chat. The avatar doesn’t grade anyone: you decide what a conversation shows and what to do next.

Next classThe practice happens between lessons; the teaching stays with you.
